Through the altering lens of a faux TV documentary we see our America turned upside-down after a confederate victory in the Civil War. Using a mixture of real and fabricated historical documentation this deadpan satire cuts close to the bone through its provocative and humorous look at a country that runs frighteningly dangerous parallels to our own.
